Terms of Sale/Refund Policy
Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with each order.
All orders placed in Colorado are subject to sales tax (6.85%). If
customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us
with to first job. No work will proceed until
payment is received. No refunds are given once your order has been placed. No
partial refunds for work not completed.
File Requirements
All files must meet our
printing specifications. We cannot process orders that do not meet
these requirements. Failure to meet these requirements could
result in printing errors, which do not warrant refunds. If you have
questions about your file format/setup and want to check with us before
ordering, please contact us.
Turnaround Times
Files are sent to the printer every Tuesday
at noon (MST). If your files have been submitted and payment has been
received, this is when your turn-around time begins. Please note
that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our
file requirements, your job status will return to "On Hold" and your
turnaround time will be reset. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround.
Cancellation of an order based on turnaround time is only allowed if the
original order clearly states that the job is time-sensitive and it cannot be
shipped by the contracted date.
Card Savvy nor our
contracted printer is not responsible for delays or problems during the
printing process. In the event of delay, we will work with the client
on an appropriate remedy. Card Savvy also assumes no responsibility for
delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure
to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your
order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery, equipment
breakdown, illness, etc.
Changing Files Once Sent to Press
Once
a job has been submitted and sent to the press, no changes are allowed to the
order, artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. If the order has not
yet gone to press, you may pay the
$25 cancellation fee and place a new order.
Complaints
All complaints must be submitted
within 24 hours of receipt of job. Should the job contain manufacturing
errors and/or defects, we will rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the
right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. If the job
contains errors in file design/setup, the cost of re-running the job is the
responsibility of the client. You are 100% responsible for the
accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully.
You certify that you own the rights to use the
image(s) being reproduced on your order. As postal regulations
are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with
current mailing restrictions for postcard backside layouts. Check w/ your
local Post Office.
Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the Card Savvy and our
printer from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all
manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted
against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any
copyright or any proprietary right of any person.
